From the Kenneth Lunt Estate, the home and all of the contents will be SOLD at AUCTION. Due to the size of the Estate, there will actually be ( 3 ) Three Auctions/Sessions conducted on-site at the property. Session #1 will be on Saturday, November 1st starting at 10:35a.m. and will consist of Antiques, Collectibles, Primitives, Vintage Glassware, Tools, Yard Art & Landscaping items, Lawn & Garden plus a reasonable amount of General Household and Useful Everyday items. Session #2 will be on Sunday, November 2nd starting at 12:35p.m. and will consist of MORE Antiques & Collectibles, Primitives, Vintage Glassware, Doll Collection, Sadd Iron Collection, Vintage Lamps, Gordon Parks Autographed works, Military Collectibles and MORE.... The 3rd and Final Session will be on Saturday, November 15th on-site. The 1st item to Sell will be the Home and then we will move on to all of the Antique Furniture PLUS anything we may have missed during the first two sessions. AUCTIONEERS NOTE: The 1st weekend of November we will conduct 2 out of the 3 sessions it will take to sell the xxxx Queen Anne Victorian Home and ALL of the contents & furnishings for the Kenneth Lunt Estate. You will NOT want to miss a single day of this Extraordinary Auction. The Lunt Estate was renowned for both the Home & the Contents with many Nationally written articles about both. It is one of the most impressive collections of antiquities and collectibles we have ever sold. Please keep in mind, Mr. Lunt had an extensive collection of a little bit of everything and in order to sell it all it will be sold over 3 Sessions. The Last and Final Session will occur on Saturday, November 15th and will also be an ALL Day Event where we will offer the Real Estate & the Larger Pieces including a fabulous Antique Furniture Collection.
